3. Services
We provide professional 3D casting services for baby hands and feet, including:
- 3D casting of baby hands and feet
- Framing services with various frame options
- Finishing in silver, bronze, or gold
- Personalization options (name plates, photos)
All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking
Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website. A booking is confirmed once we have received your contact details and agreed on a date and time.
4.2 Payment
Payment terms will be discussed at the time of booking. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods. Full payment may be required before or at the time of the casting session.
4.3 Pricing
All prices are as displayed on our website or as quoted at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
5.2 Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.
5.3 Refunds
Refund policies will be discussed at the time of booking. Generally:
- If a casting is unsuccessful due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., baby too wriggly), we will discuss options including partial refunds or re-booking
- Hand castings cannot be guaranteed, and additional costs for hand castings are refundable if unsuccessful
- Once a casting is completed and collected, refunds are not available unless there is a manufacturing defect
6. Completion Times
Castings typically take approximately 4 weeks to complete from the date of the casting session. This timeframe may vary depending on workload and finishing requirements. We will keep you informed of any delays.
7. Safety and Materials
We use hypo-allergenic alginate (impression powder) which is safe for use on delicate skin and widely used in the dental industry. However:
- If your child has known allergies or skin sensitivities, please inform us before the session
- We take all reasonable care, but we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child's safety during the session
8. Intellectual Property
All castings created remain the property of the customer once paid for and collected. However, we may request permission to use photographs of completed castings for marketing purposes (with your consent).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages
- We are not responsible for damage to castings after collection
10. Website Use
When using our website:
- You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
- All content on the website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission
11. Changes to Terms
